OUR LEADERSHIP
Dan Rexford
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the engineering, land surveying and site work industry. He graduated from Vermont Technical College in 1998 and worked in the Consulting Engineering industry for 13 years, gaining a breadth of knowledge in Civil Site Design, Land Surveying, Permitting and Construction Inspection.
Dan was licensed in the State of Vermont as a Land Surveyor in 2008. That same year he went to work in the excavation industry, purchased that business in 2017 and started
Rexford Sitework Services, Inc.
Dan is the Site Supervisor, provides project pricing, performs site layout, while managing all of the projects from state to finish.
OUR TEAM
Andy Blades
Andy is our Loader Operator (and much more) and brings over 35 years of excavation experience to the table. He worked for Ralph B. Goodrich for many years, gaining extensive knowledge in all aspects of excavation and site work. He is integral to our operation and can always find a way to lighten up everybody’s day. Andy is the longest running employee of RSS, (including his time at the prior company) 22 years!
Blake Pinello
Blake started at RSS in 2021 as a laborer and has quickly moved up the ranks. He is now our excavator operator and jobsite foreman, often leading the daily operations on site and helping to manage our maintenance of equipment. He grew up around the excavation business with his father doing various types of excavation work. His desire to learn new things and to take on new challenges has been critical to his continued growth here at RSS.
Cole Wimball
Cole started with Rexford Sitework Services in the Summer of 2023. Having just a few years of experience in the industry, Cole has embraced the way we run our job sites and has emerged as a quality pipe layer and operator. Cole will be getting his CDL in in February 2026 and continues to excel here at RSS.
Alex Callahan
Alex started with RSS in December 2025. He has quickly proven to be a knowledgeable pipe layer and is willing to take on any tasks asked of him. We are looking forward to a busy year with Alex leading our pipelaying crew.
