Excavation

Our excavation services include land leveling, grading and earth moving for the construction of any residential, commercial, agricultural or municipal site. Because of our background in engineering and surveying, we are able to effectively estimate the quantity of material which will need to be moved and ensure all earth moving and grading is efficient and accurate.

Site Work

Our site work services include all aspects of site construction relating to earthwork, excavation, grading, site preparation, installation of utilities, retaining walls, driveways, preparation for curbing and sidewalks, bike paths, and landscaping. The experience we have in site design enables us to see potential issues before the project is complete and aid in providing cost and time saving solutions.

Road Construction

Our road construction services include clearing, stripping and grubbing, fine grading the subgrade to a specific depth and alignment, installation of drainage, road fabric, and the required aggregate to suit the needs of the specific road. A vertical and horizontal alignment for each road we build is uploaded into our survey equipment and is used in every step of road construction. This ensures accurate location and grade, and aids in keeping track of the aggregates being used saving both time and money.

Underground Infrastructure

Our underground infrastructure services include pipeline installations for sanitary sewer lines, municipal and private water lines, stormwater drainage lines, conduit for power and communications, as well as septic lines. We track the grade and location of each line throughout the construction process making the production of As-built plans seamless.

Stormwater Pond Maintenance

Our stormwater pond maintenance services include removing any buildup of sediment at the bottom of a stormwater detention pond. It also includes re-establishing side slopes, maintaining outlet structures to ensure they are discharging the stormwater at an appropriate rate, and controlling the growth of vegetation within and around the perimeter of the pond.

Erosion Control

Our erosion control services include site grading and installation of various materials to prevent soil erosion during all phases of construction. Some of the stages of erosion control through a typical construction project include installation of construction entrances, silt fence, site grading to prevent upland runoff, stone check dams, erosion matting, mulch and ultimately establishing vegetation for final stabilization of the soil.

Land Surveying

Our land surveying services include Boundary Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Mapping, Construction Layout and As-Built Plans. Our background in land surveying is integral to our success. We have been able to integrate surveying and the use of surveying equipment into every aspect of site work. Having the ability to recreate grade and location of any proposed or previously installed utility or structure reduces time, potential conflicts, and ultimately reduces costs for our clients.
